Our Projects
Rugerero Primary School, Southern Province Rwanda

The construction of 16 new classrooms to replace dilapidated school buildings at Rugerero Primary School has been the most significant project funded by ABANA. Stage One consisted of 8 classrooms, completed in 2005, and Stage Two a further 8 classrooms completed in January 2008. In addition to the school buildings, we have provided resources and learning materials as well as professional development to the staff. Our work at Rugerero continues as we help the school community improve educational outcomes of the children. Read more.
